Here is a list with a brief description of some applications developed for our clients:

• LFS (Legal)
  Loan Foreclosure System for the tracking and reporting of delinquent mortgages loans at the foreclosure, bankruptcy, and claim stages. The system automatically sends and receives reports to/from the lawyers to maintain control of each case. In addition, it provides status and productivity reports for management and investors and print outs FHA, FDMC, HUD, among other forms.

• SACM (Compliance)
  Suspicious Activity Case Management provides the bank with tools to capture and track suspicious transactions, document bank investigations and fill a SAR.

• REO (Real Estate Owned)
  The Real Estate Owned System has all the bank-repossessed properties since its implementation in 2002. It has a cost, expenses, appraisals, inspections, investors, list prices, auctions, offers, status, sale information, and images, most of them in history format.

• GLARC (Accounting) The General Ledger Accounts Reporting System provides accountability and compliance by automatically sending, monitoring, and reporting the monthly subsidiary accounts reconciliation worksheets to the responsible parties. This includes variance, status, and management reports. It also interfaces with the horizon for balance data, MS Outlook to send e-mails and MS Excel to create and read reports.

• UPI (Insurance) Unified Policy Issuance. This system consists of several applications that manage and facilitate the creation of dwellings, builder's risk or condominiums quotes and policies, their endorsements, renewals, and cancellations using any of the insurance agencies the company does business with. It has modules for paperless quotes, via e-mail or fax; imaging interface to Webextender; automated image and data transfers to mortgagees and insurance companies; web quote & policy image query; and AMS interface to transfer and post all policy data including billing and collections, duplicated data entry.
